RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Manager, Global Tax Operations in Saint Louis, MO. We are looking for someone interested in tax technology/tax data space. In this role, you will enhance your global tax and accounting expertise with opportunities for growth, learning, and mentorship guided by seasoned tax directors. This candidate will be responsible for driving the transformation of processes through using automation, data analytics, and continuous improvement.REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Technology related field
- Minimum 7+ years of experience (ideally 10+)
- 5 or more years of proven experience in a combination finance and technology role (experience at a big 4 accounting firm and/or in-house tax department of a multinational corporation preferred)
- Must have an analytical/data mindset
- Visa sponsorship is not available for this position
- CPA a plus, not required
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
