*Will consider highly qualified candidates from additional locations. This position will take part in Elevance Health's hybrid work model which includes remote work and 1-4 days in office per month.

The Manager Associate Relations is responsible for leading the team of associates handling associate relations issues including but not limited to: investigations, agency charges (EEO, DOL), employment litigation, associate complaints, performance management, coaching, development, attendance, and other issues.

How You Will Make an Impact :

Primary Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing triage intake to manage workloads across the team in a timely and effective manner to ensure consistent support and advice is given to managers and associates.
  • Provides leadership, advice, guidance, coaching, and training to the team.
  • Assists with any compliance or legal issues.
  • Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports.
  • Will participate in quality control/auditing for the team.
Minimum Requirements

Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 5 years of human resources experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences
  • HR designation strongly preferred (SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP ).
  • ServiceNow experience highly preferred.
