We are seeking an ambitious Manager, Affiliate Marketing Solutionsto help us drive revenue across our owned and operated syndicated programming. We are looking for a sales marketing specialist with great storytelling and digital presentation skills to create professional go-to-market sales materials. This marketing "multi-tasker" will collaborate across departments and work seamlessly with our sales and programming teams.

Responsibilities:

• Create scalable, effective go-to-market sales materials (presentations, one-sheets, email marketing pieces) that emphasize the power of our audio and digital products for our Affiliate and 24/7 Format teams
• Provide marketing support for our owned and operated syndicate shows
• Coordinate annual holiday specials
• Coordinate trade/conference appearances
• Manage trade ads
• Maintain/Update audio demos and affiliate assets
• Maintain brand consistency across all materials
• Collaborate with Research and Insights to incorporate timely data into sales materials
• Assist with new product launches
• Distribute press releases to appropriate trade lists

Job Requirements
Qualifications:

• 4-year college/university degree or equivalent
• Minimum 1+ year(s) at an agency or media/marketing company
• Expert knowledge of multi-media, including audio, digital and social platforms
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Creative thinking and problem solving
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Exceptional writing and communication skills
• Highly detail-oriented
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Exhibit a passion or audio and digital media, entertainment, music, sports and news/talk
• Working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator)
