Location: Pomeroy, PA
Description: Our client is currently seeking a Maintenance Technician for a high speed manufacturing facility in Chester County, PA. This will be for either 2nd or 3rd shift, M-F.

This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Read and interpret wiring diagrams.
• Knowledge of DC and 3 phase AC circuits.
• Effectively diagnose control circuitry with wiring schematics and digital multi-meter to perform appropriate repairs.
• Practiced in lock-out/tag-out programs.
• Keep accurate and complete records of repairs and preventative maintenance tasks as completed.
• Diagnose, repair, and overhaul process systems with conveyors, power transmission systems, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical devices.
• Repair process pumps, automated control valves and actuators with feedback sensors and positioners.
• Layout and install conduit and circuit.
• Identify, propose, and discuss solutions for equipment and facility issues with management.
• Utilize Microsoft Office and a Computerized Management Maintenance System (CMMS) to perform daily duties.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Industrial Electrical and Mechanical skills
  • Including industrial experience with conveyors, power transmission systems, all related pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical devices used in process systems
• Work with a high degree of autonomy with minimal supervision to support production priorities
• Work in a safe manner to ensure your safety and that of others are in accordance with OSHA and company policy
• Ability to be on a rolling on call weekend schedule
• High school diploma and applicable electro-mechanical knowledge required. Military training or trade school a plus.
• Minimum 5 years related experience
