<b>Job Description:</b><br><br> We are seeking a Maintenance Technician I for a very important client.<br><br>Intern Opportunity: Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned Performs a variety of duties in the electronic, mechanical, electromechanical, and/or optical areas Constructs, troubleshoots, calibrates, adjusts, tests, diagnoses, and maintains equipment, components, devices, or systems Works from schematics, engineering drawings and written or verbal instructions Operates related equipment; conducts tests and reports data in prescribed format Performs calibration and alignment checks; makes adjustments, modifications, and replacements as directed; prepares prescribed compounds and solutions <br><br>Potential Projects and Experiences:<br><br>Equipment Experience and Hands On<br>Engage in routine Preventative Maintenance (PM) and perform repairs on advanced, highly automated equipment.<br>Conduct failure finding on assigned equipment and learn PdM tools (ultrasound and thermography)<br><br>Continuous Improvement Engagement<br>Assigned to one of more PMs to lead PM Optimization kaizens<br>Assigned to one or more Equipment Reliability gembas<br>Execute on improvement opporutnities identified<br><br>System exposure and learning<br>Investigate and improve our materials management system (data cleansing, consolidation, physical audit for accuracy)<br>Contribute to data readiness for new Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)<br><br><b>Requirement:</b><br><br>The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: <br><br>Must Have<br>1st Level Troubleshooting Skills<br><br>Nice To Have<br><br>* Associate degree in electronics or industrial electromechanics<br>#PandoPandoLogic.
