What We Are Looking For

The Maintenance Technician provides technical support to equipment, machinery, tools, furniture, modular office, and facilities equipment. This position has the responsibility to perform basic preventive maintenance activities such as cleaning procedures, lubrication, parts replacement, setups, change overs, visual inspections, functionality tests and safety inspections. The Maintenance Technician also performs corrective maintenance activities including repairs and troubleshooting.

The hours for this role are 3-11pm

What You Will Do
  • Perform preventive maintenance activities to equipment in a basic technology level or with a low impact or non-criticality level
  • Identify and recommend any activity required to include or discard in order to improve the Preventive Maintenance Program
  • Diagnose and repair the functionality problems reported by the customers
  • Perform works requested to the maintenance area
  • Keep track of materials, spare parts, chemicals or others required to perform the work requested
  • Provide support during special projects that includes but are not limited to machinery or equipment installation, improvement projects, layout modifications, refurbish projects and any other project or work requested to the maintenance area

What You Will Bring
  • Required Degree: Highschool Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Experience: 1-2 years relevant experience
  • HVAC experience - familiar with RTU's, boilers, pumps, air handlers, chillers, unit heaters, etc.
  • BAS knowledge a plus
