TheMaintenanceSupervisor will administrate the CMMS application. This position will monitor the preventive, predictive maintenance and calibration programs and ensure compliance with established procedures. Supervise the spare parts area. Assure timely request of parts management. Recommend and establish strategies to improve the utilities and equipment reliability. Generate and monitors Key Performance Indicators (KPI) of the department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operates the Computerize Maintenance Manager System (CMMS) of the site to ensure compliance with Xellia procedures.
  • In conjunction with the Engineering Manager will be the primary contact point for resolve issues related to the CMMS Operation and Administration with internal and external
  • Monitor the Preventive and Corrective Maintenance Programs performance of the site. Ensure compliance with related procedures. Recommend and Drive improvements projects related to the programs. Generate and monitor KPI metrics of both systems.
  • Manage the Calibration Program of the site and ensures a timely completion of the program. Recommend and Drive improvements projects related to the program. Generate and monitor KPI metrics to evaluate the performance of the program.
  • Review and approve required documentation for add, remove and/or modify information new or existing equipment /instruments into the CMMS application.
  • Review and approve required documentation for add, remove and/or modify information related to the spare parts for equipment /instruments.
  • Responsible of the Stock Room operation.
  • Ensure the availability of equipment spare parts at site to reduce operations down time due parts failure. Generate and monitor KPI metrics to evaluate the performance of the program.
  • Responsible for developing and Spare Parts area budget.
  • Other related duties as assigned to meet departmental and Company objectives.
  • Personnel engaged in the manufacture, processing, packing, or holding of a drug product shall wear clean clothing appropriate for the duties they perform. Protective apparel, such as head, face, hand, and arm coverings, shall be worn as necessary to protect drug products from contamination.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical is preferred, with a minimum of 5 years of broad-based technical management, preferably in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
  • Certification of Reliability Engineering preferred.
  • Expertise in Spare Parts management, Calibration, CMMS applications such as AMMS, Maximo, etc.
  • Demonstrated positive results in progressive positions of authority, including a record of success in a cGMP pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
