Your Role:

In this role you will be properly planning maintenance activities, evaluating opportunities to proactively address useful life of critical equipment, and plan to minimize our preventative maintenance activities to maximize our opportunity in a 24-7 operation. While coordinating with all aspects of site stakeholders this role will have high site visibility and gain detailed knowledge of all site operations.

• Plan, prioritize, assign, supervise, review, and participate in the work of staff responsible for facility maintenance. Act as primary alarm responder for assigned facilities. As applicable, maintain off-site facilities. Coordinate service, equipment, and related items to be delivered between locations.
• Establish schedules and methods for providing facility maintenance services; identify resource needs; review needs with appropriate management staff; allocate resources accordingly.
• Monitor and control supplies and equipment; order supplies and tools as necessary; prepare documents for equipment procurement; prepare specifications and contracts for contract services.
• Organize preventative maintenance and safety inspection programs for all facilities and equipment.
• Coordinate construction projects, remodels, and other special projects.
• Attend and participate in professional group meetings; maintain awareness of new trends and developments in the field of facility maintenance; incorporate new developments as appropriate into programs.
• Coordinate with contractors in providing contract services.

Who You Are:

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED equivalent

• 3+ years of maintenance or operations experience
• 2+ years of experience working with Microsoft Office suite

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience purchasing and invoice management or equivalent

• 3+ years in Maintenance Planning Role
• Experience working in SAP or other ERP systems
