Description:
The Judge Group is seeking a Maintenance Manager for a manufacturing company located in the Roxboro, NC area.

Safety Leadership:
Champion a true safety culture by driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, quality, and maintenance standards and programs.
Prioritize the safety of all employees and contractors working within your area of responsibility.
Staff Development:
Lead staff development efforts, including hiring practices, orientation, training, and performance evaluation.
Guide and mentor team members to enhance their skills and contribute effectively.
Budget Management:
Forecast, develop, and manage the maintenance budget.
Collaborate with other departments to align goals and optimize resource allocation.
Maintenance Expertise:
Develop and lead preventative/predictive maintenance strategies.
Work with various technical disciplines, including Hydraulics, Electrical, Instrumentation, Process Control, Pneumatic, Power Transmissions, Welding, and Fabrication.
Conduct vibration analysis, balancing, alignment, oil analysis, and non-destructive testing (NDT).
Inventory and Parts Management:
Oversee parts and maintenance programs.
Ensure efficient inventory management to support maintenance activities.
Engineering Improvements:
Assist in developing plans for engineering enhancements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements.
Process Improvement and Cost Reduction:
Initiate and lead process improvement initiatives.
Identify opportunities for cost reduction and operational efficiency.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with vendors, regulatory agencies, corporate engineering, and project managers.
Align efforts to achieve plant goals and enhance overall performance.
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Engineer, preferred
Demonstrated experience working with Hydraulics, Electrical, Pneumatic, Power Transmission, Welding, and Fabrication
Experience in heavy industrial manufacturing (metals, chemical, forest products, etc.) preferred
