Location: Burleson, TX
Description:
Food manufacturer is seeking a Maintenance Manager. Local candidates are preferred, but will consider some relo assistance for regional/drive-in candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Manage maintenance team of two supervisors and four mechanics
• Utilize CCMS systems to build a robust planned maintenance program.
  
• Manage small to medium size projects- $20k to $1M
  
• Participate in budget creation and management
• Work with outside contractors on ammonia system maintenance and repair

Equipment:

• Hydraulic lifts
• Grinders
• Steam kettles / mixers
• Positive displacement pumps
• Filling and packaging machines
• Spiral freezers
• Conveyors
• Box erectors
• Steam systems / Boilers
• Air compressors
• Ammonia systems

Requirements:

• Food manufacturing experience
• Experience in asset care
• History of building and maintaining a critical spares program.
• Experience with Ammonia systems preferred. The majority of the maintenance activities associated with the system is outsourced but an understand of pressure systems is required.
• High energy team player.
• Demonstrated budget management.
