SUMMARY:

The Technical Training Instructor will be responsible to accomplish tasks in the maintenance of employee training records as well as the development and implementation of stand-up classes, remote learning, and online presentations in

Amerijet's Modular Object-Oriented Dynamic Leaming Environment (M.O.O.D.L.E.) system.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

> Develop and present technical aviation programs in the classroom and video conferencing applications.

> Conduct On-the-Job Training.

> File Training Documents.

> Copy and bind presentation hand-outs.

> Query the system, print, and file M.O.O.D.L.E. documents and reports.

> Retrieve and distribute M.O.O.D.L.E. documents and reports.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

> Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug screening tests.

> Ability to listen, hear, read, speak and instruct in English.

> Ability to perform skill assessments or tests to track individual students' progress.

> Ability to travel and train Amerijet employees and contract employees at outstations.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

> Five years of practical experience in a repair station or FAR 121 aircraft maintenance department.

> Boeing 757 and 767 40-hour General Familiarization certificates.

> Electro-mechanical engineering degree preferred. High school diploma or G.E.D. required.

> General knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, email, and database software.

QUALIFICATIONS:

> Valid Airframe & Powerplant license and driver license required.

> Position may require extended hours and shift work, including evenings and weekends.

JOB PERFORMANCE STANDARDS:

> Ability to work in an office setting and work effectively with others.

> Ability to meet monthly initial and recurrent training deadlines as well as reporting schedules.

> Involve the appropriate people in defining and resolving problems.

> Ability to work effectively and respectfully with all levels of staff and management.
