What you will do:
The goal of Maintenance worker is performing grounds care, painting, light plumbing, minor carpentry and snow removal We are looking for the right candidate to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for maintaining, servicing, and operating all facility equipment and fixtures.
- Assists in maintaining the overall working condition and appearance of building and grounds of facility while maintaining a safe environment
- Conducts processes and procedures for receiving of material and goods in a manner that ensure accurate and efficient recording and delivery of items to all SPARC and Community site facilities
- Responds to calls for service in a timely and appropriate manner.
What you will need:
- At least 2 years of experience working in maintenance
- High School graduate, G.E.D. or job-related education
- Read, write and speak English at a minimum 6'th grade level. Follow written and verbal instructions and complete high school level computational skills.
- Valid and clean NYS driver's license
