This is a direct hire opportunity with pay ranging from $22.00 - $26.00 per hour based on experience. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two to five years working as a true CNC Machinist on mill or lathe equipment, and will understand machining center theory, including x, y and z axis, along with edge and centerline pickup. You will need blueprint reading skills to GD&T, and the ability to use common measuring equipment to inspect your parts.

Job Responsibilities of CNC Machinist:

• Operate CNC Mills and Lathes to produce the required number of correct parts in a timely manner according to process documentation. This can include operating multiple pieces of equipment simultaneously.
• Set-up tooling to perform the jobs assigned equipment in a timely manner.
• Perform inspections using micrometers, calipers, comparators, various gauges and CMM equipment.
• Diagnose and correct equipment or tooling issues.
• Perform de-burr or rework of work in-process.
• Make recommendations to optimize and improve assigned processes.
• Maintain workstation to 5S standards and comply with all company safety policies and standards
• 2 - 5 years minimum working as a CNC Machinist
