Position:

Davis Wire is currently seeking Production Workers for our Kent, WA location. These roles have the responsibility to produce and create the many products that the company offers.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate machinery to draw, coil, and produce various types of wire and wire products
  • Work with co-workers, supervisors and maintenance to troubleshoot issues with machines or material
  • Maintain a clean work environment
  • Be compliant with all safety regulations
  • Read, understand and follow production schedule
Qualifications:
  • Must be able to lift/carry at least 75 lbs and push/pull 100 lbs safely
  • Must have reliable transportation and attendance
  • Must be able to become certified and operate a forklift safely
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment background, drug/alcohol, and physical screenings
  • Must be at least 18 years old - due to work environment

Schedule:
  • 12 Days on/2 days off
  • 1st shift - 7:00am-3:30pm or
  • 2nd shift - 3:00pm-11:30pm or
  • 3rd shift - 11:00pm-7:30am
Pay and other information:
  • $20.00+/per hour depending on experience with the opportunity to earn up to an additional $6 per hour in incentive pay
  • Union position Teamsters Local 117
