Job Description
The Machine Operator B must have the following:
- High School diploma or G.E.D. required.
- 1-year experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Ability to interpret production schedules and build specifications.
- Working knowledge of support equipment and emergency procedures.
- Ability to read, write, and use basic shop math skills.
- Working knowledge of inspection equipment and techniques such as: Rockwell testing, Brinell testing, and Magnetic Particle Inspection.
- Results oriented individual with good mechanical skills
- Works well independently
- Hands-on, systematic individual
- High attention to detail with high sustained energy level
- Committed to seeing work through to completion
- Outstanding communication skills
This position will be assigned to the 223 PM shift.
