The Wisconsin Northwoods Navigators (WiNN) project is a two-year grant that uses a Hub and Spoke model to deliver business assistance across northern Wisconsin through a collaborative of agencies and organizations called The GRID. Under the direct supervision of the Innovation and Business Development Manager (The GRID leader), the LTE WiNN Operations Assistant provides marketing and communications, event management, grant reporting and recordkeeping, and administrative support for the WiNN SBA Navigator grant.

This limited term position is funded by a two-year SBA Community Navigator Pilot Program grant, ending November 30, 2023.

Qualified candidates have a Digital Marketing or related degree, or one year work experience in digital media marketing and have a year of experience working in an office or professional setting. They are also proficient in social media and Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

The ideal candidate has experience working with the administration, development, coordination, and/or monitoring of grants or contracts; experience working with databases, data collection, and reporting; and knowledge of CRM software and nonprofit or education-related administrative procedures.
