Description:
This position functions as a mid-level provider, supporting a team of Orthopaedic and Plastic Hand surgeons. This position expands upon traditional patient assessment and treatment by providing pre-surgical
education, assessment and consultation in addition to post-surgical assessment and discharge planning. Contributes to the growth of Hand Therapy Services by assisting with the development of new
programs and outcomes/research activities; acts as an operational and clinical resource for staff in areas of expertise.
Position Requirements:
Minimum Education:
Required: Bachelors Degree
Preferred: Masters Degree
Specify Degree(s): Occupational Therapy
Minimum Experience:
Required: 3-5 years of previous job-related experience
Licensure/Certifications:
Required: CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation)
Licensed/Registered Occupational Therapist
Computer Skills:
Required: Basic Keyboarding Skills
