We are seeking a Project analyst for our customer loyalty program.
The individual will:
* Participate in the design, development, and implementation of assigned projects
* Interface with internal and external resources to ensure successful and timely completion of tasks
* Research and resolve inquiries to partner requests related to customer escalations
* Coordinate supporting documentation to ensure regulatory requirements are being met
* Other support duties as assigned
Basic qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
* Three or more years of related work experience
Preferred skills and experience:
* Highly organized and ability to handle multiple tasks
* Strong interpersonal and well-developed verbal and written communication skills
* Comfortable collaborating with internal and external clients to deliver work and solve problems
* Motivated, hard-working team player with initiative and able to self-manage
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
