Logistics Manager If you are a Logistics Manager with 3PL experience, please read on!
What You Need for this Position - 10+ years of warehousing, supply chain, logistics, and procurement experience for 3PLs
- 5+ years of progressive leadership/management experience
- Recent experience overseeing day-to-day operations for warehousing and manufacturing sites
- Experience handling full P&L for multiple sites
- Passion for working with customers and providing guidance on warehousing, transportation, and supply chain optimization strategies
- Background with inventory audits and site inspections
- Strong background in manufacturing environments
- Strong background in labor and material cost management
- Previous compliance experience with Federal/State regulations and oversight of employee safety/OSHA compliance
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Business Administration, related field or relevant industry experience

Bonus Points for:
- Ground Transportation experience (FTL, Cross-Border)
- Ocean Freight and Air Freight
- Import/Export experience
- Six Sigma Certification
- Any ERP experience (SAGE or SAP ideally)
- Knowledge of ISO, C-TPAT, and/or TAPA
