Logistics Coordinator

Job Description Summary
Individual will assist with the Formerra warehouse administration, warehouse replenishment and inventory management functions for company facilities and warehouses.
Job Description

Duties

• Pay: $50,000
• Schedule: Monday-Friday (8:00am-5:00pm)
• Ariba purchase order receipt reconciliations specific to all 3rd party warehouse suppliers
• Ariba supplier invoice audits
• SAP purchase order activity backup including, purchase order creation, confirmation, issue resolution, and supplier correspondence
• Assist tracking, investigating and locating movement of materials
• Packaging adjustments and write off activity
• Assist with AOP entry
• Trained to understand warehousing SAP transactions
• Required daily interactions with: Formerra Warehouse Manager, Transportation companies, all levels of Company management, other employees, customers.

Reporting:

• Generate and Monitor Vendor Complaints, Customer complaints and Supplier complaints; corrective action information and enter details in database to close complaint as needed.
• Tracking warehouse holiday/non-working dates
• Monitor Cycle Count reporting
