WHAT YOU WILL DO AT SAPUTO

• This position is responsible for safely packaging quality cheese product and sanitation of the equipment
• Properly print case labels and apply to boxes for product being produced.
• Record pallet tickets of the source product on usage sheets.
• Fill equipment with product and cycle carton maker to fill cartons.
• Accurately complete scale checks, case label checks and running average from the throughout the day as required.
• Complete required paperwork for the day's production.

WHO IS RIGHT FOR THE ROLE

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as Safety Data Sheets, pallet tickets, and order sheets
• Good communication skills. Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
• Strong math skills with ability to perform accurate calculations, ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute percent.
• Basic computer skills.
