This is what you will do:

The Learning Operations Coordinator provides high quality support for the Operations Quality Learning and Development organization. This role focuses on technical and logistical support of the team's training programs as well as daily operations for the team. The incumbent will be joining a highly collaborative and dynamic team and will play a pivotal role in moving the needle on our strategic and operational goals.

You will be responsible for:

Perform Learning Coordinator tasks, to include:

  • Manage coordination and logistics for training, including room and instructor scheduling, invitation management, monitoring waitlists, confirming attendance, etc.
  • Production support for meetings and classes, such as polls, chat monitoring, breakout room management
  • Act as the initial point of contact for customers by answering inquiries and providing timely logistical/organizational support for training programs or classes. Respond to and troubleshoot inquiries related to training program issues.
  • Send invites, pre-work and post-program emails with resources.
  • Pre meeting dry runs, as needed.
  • Troubleshoot support for participants.
  • Record sessions and attendance, as required.
  • Other activities as assigned.
  • Perform Operations Coordinator tasks, to include:
  • Manage team financials and budget tracking.
  • Raise Purchase Orders
  • Raise requisitions, as needed.
  • Vendor Onboarding
  • Other activities as assigned.

You will need to have:

You are a service-oriented individual experienced with customer support/management. You love working with cross-functional stakeholders in a collaborative and dynamic work environment and always approach initiatives with the end-user perspective in mind.
  • 3 years of experience in learning, customer service or technical support is required.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Teams
  • Possesses critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a strong focus on continuous improvement.
  • Ability to prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple training programs/projects at the same time.
Education
  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience required.
