We are looking for a Leads Supervisor to join our team and provide leadership to our Leads Conversion team as well as top-notch customer service to potential new customers. The Leads Conversion team is responsible for turning leads into new business for both brands, and working with the sales team to facilitate continued support. This individual thrives on closing new business and expanding our customer base, and has a strong attention to detail and superior communication skills.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead, motivate and provide direction to the Leads Conversion team.
  • Serve as representative for Leads team for process improvement projects, systems implementations and testing, and overall status updates to management.
  • Make outbound calls to leads to obtain updated information, answer questions and track/manage open leads with goal of closing new business
  • Answer product questions about ingredients, updated protocols, new product info and more
  • Manage escalated customer service issues
  • Facilitate demonstrations via phone, virtual presentations, email, etc.
  • Inspire customers to want to learn more, attend product training, partner with our sales team, and more.


What We're Looking for:

  • Experience with converting leads and/or supervising a team of individuals to help motivate and support their success.
  • A licensed esthetician with sales experience - preferably on the phone/virtual.
  • Demonstrated hands-on approach as well as the ability to successfully interact with customers to ensure a high level of service
  • High comfort level with operating in various systems to input and analyze data
  • High level of attention to detail, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Creative mindset and ability to think outside of the box
  • Strong business acumen
  • Resilient and able to thrive in a fast paced environment with strong multi-tasking abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and influence others for maximum effectiveness
  • Proven ability to successfully work as a team member and to build and maintain a positive work environment
  • Actively seek in-depth understanding of systems, customer needs and internal systems, services and capabilities.
  • Cross functional collaboration with other departments to determine long term solutions

Required Qualifications

  • An active aesthetics license
  • 5+ years of sales or customer service
  • People management skills and experience
  • Call center software or CRM system experience
  • Strong understanding of the aesthetic and skin care industry
  • Heavy experience with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) or Google suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Call center or phone sales experience
  • Prior working experience in the skincare industry
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
