RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce's client in Austin, Texas (TX) is looking for a Lead Systems Analyst.Key Tasks:

• Daily Responsibilities: Supporting everything from new hires to applications, azure, Active Directory and exchange support for internal employees, special projects, training
• What needs to be accomplished - tickets will vary from resetting passwords to complex application issues via Zendesk ticketing system
• Working through high-urgency tasks/being able to reprioritize quickly with professionalism

REQUIREMENTS:

• Customer-focused orientation - working with the internal customers and executives; Clear communication and willingness to learn is a must
• PowerShell & SQL knowledge, Active Directory and Exchange, OS and outlook, laptop and user provisioning, web application troubleshooting
• Networking skills - working with physical rack and stack to make needed adjustments/changes; Zoom administration/troubleshooting skills
