What You Will Be Doing - Serve as the lead superintendent on our major multi-family projects
- Manage project start-up, scheduling, Q/A, progress meetings, and closeout
- Oversee, manage, and document all day-to-day job site activities including OSHA safety compliance
- Direct field personnel according to the project plan and supervisory principles
- Communicate issues, events, performance, and progress daily to the Project Manager
- Establish effective working relationships with clients and subcontractors
What You Need for this Position - 5+ years of Construction Superintendent experience (multi-family preferred)
- Bachelor's in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
- Experience leading teams, managing job sites, and negotiating terms with subcontractors
- Knowledge of local permitting laws and other regulatory affairs
