Projects the candidate will be working on:

• We are redefining employee experience with Sparq platform which will engage our users with company information, news and their prompt for actions in a personalized way across online and mobile tools.

Ideal Background:

• a. Hands on experience with modern application – microservices, Cloud and CI/CD
• b. 8-10 years of hands on Java development with increasing responsibilities
• c. Good communication with developing architecture and design documentation

Team and Team size:

• 1 PM,1 RTE, 4 Product owners
• 3 Sprint teams consisting - 2 Scrum Masters and 20 developers

Top Responsibilities:

• - Architect and develop technical solutions and implement new business functionality using microservices architecture
• - As part of devops team, develop/deploy tools and mange system operations
• - Evaluate new technologies/frameworks/solutions and provide recommendations
• - Define best coding practices and mentor younger team members
• - Define and enforce security guidelines for the application

Skills/attributes Required

• a. Languages and service development- Java, springboot (5 years experience)
• b. Native Cloud development -container technology like Kubernetes , azure (3 years experience)
• c. CI/CD automations – Jenkins (3 years experience)

Skills/attributes Preferred

• Experience building a cloud native secure microservices platform.

Interview Process:

• a. How many rounds? 2-3
• b. Video vs. phone? Video
• c. How technical will the interviews be? Mostly technical including possibility of coding challenge
