The Lead Product Manager Conceives of, develops, delivers, and manages products for customer use. The Lead Product Manager works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.
Responsibilities
This role is focused developing and managing healthcare solutions aimed at Medicare Advantage prospects and customers who are Veterans of the US Military within Humana's Medicare Advantage business. The Retail Product Manager leads the design, development, launch and management of initiatives that solve critical member, clinical and business needs.

Responsibilities
The Lead Product Manager leads all phases of the product lifecycle by developing products to meet customer needs and achieve specific growth, experience and clinical outcomes. Drives business case development and specifies data needs, new processes and measurement approach to launch and scale pilots. Once products/services are launched, monitors efficacy of products and uses customer and business partner feedback to ensure solutions are meeting customer needs and desired outcomes. Interacts with teams across the organization ranging from Marketing, Sales, Service, Stars and Clinical; also interfaces with local community teams to advance strategy. Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and works under minimal supervision. Uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action.
This is a high profile role, working on some of the company's most important strategic growth priorities. Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate examples of core product management skills including strategic thinking, outcomes orientation, cross-functional project management, team leadership, and collaboration in a matrixed environment.
