What You Will Do In Your Role

  • Plan, oversee and participate in the warehouse operations and activities of the receive, process and issue warehouse stock; assure stock and warehouse facility is maintained in a safe, clean and orderly condition.
  • Receive, identify, mark and place materials sent to the warehouse according to established procedures.
  • Prepare finished goods for shipment according to established procedures.
  • Communicate with various departments and others to provide and receive information, resolve questions and issues, and coordinate activities.
  • Maintain a variety of records, files and reports; maintain records of stock.
  • Operate variety warehouse equipment and vehicles and utilize a variety of hand tools as required.
  • Train, provide work direction and coordinate the schedules and activities of assigned personnel; assist in training workers in computer operations and filling, shipping supplies.
  • Operate a computer to process reports and forms and maintain inventory of warehouse materials as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Optimize plant warehouse to improve product flow, reduce motion waste, increase storage efficiency, optimize assets, and reduce working capital.
  • Responsible for preparing and checking of the standard operating procedure (SOPs) to align with plant requirements and distribution to all related.
  • Advance our company culture MBM (Market Based Management) as well as the guiding principles.
  • Problem-solving skills, logical thinking, ability to input, retrieve and analyze data.
  • Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Utilize leadership and organizational skills.

Physical Requirements

  • Lift up to 50-75 lbs. on occasion
  • Ability to work in fluctuating temperatures & outdoors on occasion as needed
  • Frequently required to stand and walk; use hands to finger manipulation, handle, and feel; reach with arms and hands above head; talk and hear
  • Sometimes required to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or sit
  • Specific vision requirements: close, distant, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus

  • Previous leadership experience
  • Willing and able to meet the physical requirements
  • Ability to use and operator a computer

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Experience with Warehouse Management systems(CMS, Epicor)
  • Warehouse experience
  • Previous Forklift experience
