ADP is hiring a Senior Strategic Account Partner (SSAP). The SSAP strengthens the connection with clients through service and consultation. As a Sr. Strategic Account Partner (SSAP), you are responsible for the satisfaction and retention of each client in your high-value portfolio of 'Payments' accounts. The ideal candidate will demonstrate general business management skills and experience; a mix of both technical and business understanding and the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization while adapting to shifting priorities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Managing Engagement

• Act as a subject matter expert for clients and new associates by providing technical expertise, guidance and training as needed.
• Effectively handle all client inquires with quality and within the established SLA's.
• Contact and visit high profile clients proactively to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Prepare and assist with account review presentations.
• Perform regular analysis of assigned accounts to demonstrate a solid understanding of the client's goals and measurement of success with their ADP Payments Solutions
• Coordinate client level projects including addition of features, client mergers and acquisitions, regulatory changes, etc.
• Meet department standards and metrics
• Interpret internal and external business issues and work independently and/or lead others to solve them
• Manage the root-cause of escalated issues and drive change to address it
• Effectively manage across business units within ADP that impact the client
• Manage difficult situations effectively with the highest standard of integrity. Includes proactively handling issues with transparency and accountability, setting reasonable expectations for the client and de-escalating difficult situations
• Execution of contract renewal - Internal coordination with all ADP partners to deliver a smooth renewal process for the client
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
