Job Summary

Provides oversight for, safety & environmental compliance, gathering system operation, pipeline operation, pipeline integrity, CMMS efforts, training and mentoring, budgeting & forecasting, managing employee development, interact with customers and build producer relations.

What you will be responsible for

  • Supervise internal, and external employees whose roles are specific to LDAR Program Management. Duties include planning and scheduling work, providing work direction, performance feedback and training. Server as an advisor to DCP personnel when interacting with state and federal agencies.
  • Provide work direction and supervision to LDAR contractor personnel.
  • Serve as liaison between Operation, Maintenance, and Environmental.
  • Ensure initial, and refresher LDAR training is completed for DCP and contractor personnel as required.
  • Be proactive in providing written recommendations for LDAR system improvements, procedural revisions, cost effectiveness, and work efficiency improvements.
  • Review annually all additions and revisions to site-specific procedures and the LDAR Manual
  • Conduct monthly field audits and comparative monitoring audits
  • Produce monthly Red Yellow Green Reports to Leadership
  • Be a key role in scheduling LDAR activities across the asset
  • Responsible for directing the company's inspection and testing program
  • Implement quality assurance procedures designed to prevent defects or improve performance
  • Responsible for learning compliance requirements for every affected LDAR site.
  • Track LDAR key compliance metrics and implement systems to improve performance
  • Manage DORs and ensure the proper paperwork is filed for each DOR component, and ensure units that are shutting down are provided a detailed DOR list for repairs
  • Manage LDAR exceedance interpretation and documentation.
  • Manage OGI camera work and ensure quality and compliance with standards listed in CD

Qualifications
  • High school degree or GED
  • Bachelor's degree desirable
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
  • Must be willing to work overtime and handle call-outs.

  • 5 years of maintenance associated with gas gathering and compression
  • 5 years of operating experience
  • Previous leadership experience
Special Demands

This job primarily operates in a professional office environment and routinely requires the use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copy machines, etc. Noise level is typically low. Frequently in a stationary, sitting position for prolonged periods of time. Regularly moves about inside the office to complete tasks, attend meetings or to access the copy machineor file cabinets. Periodically pulls/pushes doors open to move around the office. Occasionally may lift and carry objects up to 20 pounds.Occasional travel may be required.

Salary Range

The salary range for this job is \$80,300- \$132,500
