L'Oreal USA will be returning to the office under our Safe Together guidelines and will be offering all eligible employees a hybrid work model of three days in the office and two days remote each week. This does not apply to retail store, field based, distribution center, warehouse or lab based employees. Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the L'Oreal IT Americas B2B Team in the role of IT Product Lead/Scrum Master. T his unique position is responsible for leading a Product Team, applying Scrum to develop our Anaplan practice in the America's Zone. This is a great opportunity for an experienced IT Product Lead/Scrum Master with a keen ability to understand and build complex systems. We are looking for a positive individual who can roll up their sleeve and get things done.

Key Accountabilities:

• Lead a Product Team in the Agile methodology and Scrum framework successfully, removing any impediments.
• Ability to ensure the correct use of Scrum process.
• Deliver connected planning solutions using Anaplan tool. Enable collaborative and intelligent planning solutions across the organization including Sales, Supply Chain, Finance and Human Resources.
• Refine and evolve agile processes for rapid software delivery.
• Manage the Agile Tool for tracking work (SNOW).
• Work with Product Owner on Sprints and backlog management.
• Ensure Product Team understands backlog as it is regularly reviewed, refined, and prioritized.
• Facilitate all Product Team events to ensure team is making progress in Sprints as expected.
• Manage Product Team Plan-Do-Check-Improve cycle for quality management on continuous improvement of work.
• As Sprint concludes and features are delivered, manage review of work with Product Team (including Product Owner).
• Work with Product Team to organize how tasks will be split to deliver work identified for Sprint / Feature Set.
• Ability to lead and influence team in adopting the Agile principles.
• Self-motivation, self-direction, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities without sacrificing quality or timelines.

Professional Skills

• 3-5 years' experience in Agile; 7-10 years Project Management experience including application development and software development life cycle experience required.
• Scrum Master Certification is preferred. Experience with Scrum master, Agile, SNOW.
• Functional and technical knowledge of Anaplan.
• Functional knowledge of Business Planning and Supply Chain is a plus.
• Experience working in a Global IT organization.
• Ability to foster collaboration among team members and help team solve problems.
• Demonstrate entrepreneurship: ability to demonstrate innovative thinking and proposing new ideas while keeping a pragmatic eye.
• Excellent communication, influencing and facilitation skills.
• SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to speak Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus.
