Kiddie Country is seeking a Bus Driver
Position summary:
The primary objectives of the Bus Driver are to: (1) ensure safety and well-being of children at all times, (2) transport children as assigned, and (3) drive and operate bus. The Bus Driver will report to the School Leader.
Essential Tasks:

Transport children (50%)
- Transport children to and from school field trips and assist as needed.
- Verify permissions for children who ride home with friends.

Drive and operate bus (25%)
- Maintain a clean and mechanically-sound bus at all times.
- Perform inspections of the bus before and after each route, report all maintenance and safety issues right away.
- Obey all traffic laws and speed signage.

Safety (25%)
- Ensure safety of children, and if necessary discipline children when required.
- Create a positive and healthy environment.
- Apply first aid as needed.
Experience and Education:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Class B CDL and Passenger Endorsement.
- 45 hours DCF training.
- 2+ years' experience working with children.
