ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Consistently uses Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to rent bikes
Always recites the safety instructions for each bike upon rental, as instructed by manager
Repairs bikes during lulls in rentals
Keeps tidy environment and organizes parts/tools during down time when there are no repairs to be done
Communicating to Leads and Manager of repairs needed, parts needed, and repairs completed
Effectively uses time keeping app (Paycom)
Interact with a high volume of customers
Lifting heavy equipment, squatting, standing for long periods
Understanding of basic bike maintenance and anatomy
