You will complete task analysis when required; communicate with business' Department Manager/Hiring Manager to assist in a successful job placement and retention, write daily progress notes and end of the month reports, and complete all necessary documentation to meet billing deadlines. Additionally, you'll collaborate with all team members to provide any other support that might be necessary for the success of the job seeker. Our job coach positions are bonus-eligible, with opportunities to earn bonuses for client retention! Plus, you'll find many opportunities to learn and grow with the team, with advancement opportunities in job development, skills training, and more.
