As a member of ZOLL Data IT Team, theIT Systems Engineeris responsible for supporting the ZOLL technology infrastructure including but not limited to: servers (physical/virtual), end-user systems and peripherals, Telephony, Storage Area Networks (SAN), Microsoft Back Office and other business applications.

Essential Job Duties:

• Configure, deploy, monitor and maintain new server infrastructure (hardware and software, physical and virtual)
  
• Configure, deploy and monitor enterprise backup systems
  

• Active Directory (AD) design and configuration: Group Policy Objects (GPOs), Security Groups, Domain Controllers (DCs), Domain Trusts, etc.
  
• Install, configure and upgrade: network printing, directory structures, access rights, etc.
  
• When escalation necessary, assist in troubleshooting complex end-user issues with Microsoft Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite and other business applications
  
• Participate in security audits and manage ZOLL's back office systems in accordance with regulatory requirements
  
• Position will offer career-benefitting exposure to a wide range of IT support activities.

Qualifications

Education:

• College degree in Computer Science or related field and/or equivalent experience
  
• A+, MCP, MCSE or similar certifications is a plus
  

Experience:

• 4+ years of Systems Administration experience on Microsoft Windows platform
  
• 4+years experiencewith Microsoft Office Suite
  
• 4+years experiencewith Microsoft Windows Server platform
  

• 4+years experiencewith other Microsoft products: Active Directory, Exchange, SCCM, SharePoint, SQL, Hyper-V, O365, etc.
  

Skills/Abilities/Knowledge:

• Exceptional customer service skills
  
• Exceptional problem solving skills
  

• Ability to multi task and prioritize
  
• General business writing skills
  
• Understand of Active Directory and MS Exchange required; knowledge of O365 and Azure is a plus
  
• Understanding of Windows Datacenter and Windows Clustering Services
  
• Understanding MDM and MAM solutions such as Microsoft Intune
  

• Understanding of Windows Deployment Services
  
• Experience with enterprise hard drive encryption solutions; Microsoft BitLocker preferred
  
• Knowledge of enterprise endpoint security solutions, antimalware and antivirus
  
• Basic knowledge of LAN/WAN concepts; familiarity with Cisco, Brocade and PAN platforms is a plus
  
• Knowledge of Window PowerShell scripts
  

• Knowledge of VMWare ESX Server management and familiarity with VMWare Infrastructure tools
  
• Experience supporting a mixed PC/MAC environment
  
• Experience with Cloud Infrastructure technologies (Azure, AWS) preferred
  
• Experience with O365 platform and related technologies (MFA, IAM, etc.) desired
  

The salary range for this role is $85K - $95K. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and location.
