IT Systems Analyst Specialist Sr

BCForward is currently looking for highly motivated Business Analysis Manager for an remote opportunity

Job Title: Business Analysis Manager

Location: Remote

Duration: 09+ Months

Pay range: $50.00

Must have:

• Bachelor's degree required, major in computer science field preferred.
• Six (6) years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Experience in multi-line claims management or case management processes and system requirements is strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of third-party administration/claims management business and technology.
• SQL knowledge is strongly preferred.
• DevOps management is preferred.
• A basic understanding of code is strongly preferred.
• PC literate, including Microsoft Office products including Visio.
• A basic understanding of Figma is preferred.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability and willingness to take initiative.
• Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies.
• Primary Purpose: To lead the business analysis efforts for implementations and large, multi-line projects; to review, analyze and document internal and client user needs; and to provide mentorship and leadership within the business analysis team.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Lead the requirements management efforts for large projects including new client implementations and large strategic projects.
• Devise and execute a requirements management plan for assigned projects.
• Take ownership of the business analysis role throughout the project.
• Identify and understand stakeholders; initiate and facilitate meetings and discussions with stakeholders as appropriate.
• Work with project managers, project requestors, operations, business representatives, IT representatives, and clients to ensure complete understanding of software requirements.
• Provide business-related IT knowledge to clients and business representatives during the requirements management process.
• Produce project requirements documentation including written documents, process diagrams, report mock-ups, wireframes, and other documentation as required, using standard templates.
• Meet deadlines and manage work to timelines.
• Mentor team members.
• Additional Functions and Responsibilities:
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Support the organization's quality program(s).
• Travel as required.
