IT Systems Analyst Specialist Sr

BC Forward is looking Business Analyst for a Remote opportunity

Job Title: Business Analyst

Location: Memphis, TN (Open to Remote)

Duration: 12+ Months

Anticipated Start Date: ASAP

Pay Rate: $50.00/hr on W2.

Manager's Note: Candidates must have experience with SAP.

Primary Purpose: The Business Analyst will spearhead business analysis efforts for implementations and large, multi-line projects. They will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and documenting internal and client user needs, while also providing mentorship and leadership within the business analysis team.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Lead requirements management efforts for large projects, including new client implementations and strategic initiatives.
• Devise and execute a requirements management plan for assigned projects, taking ownership of the business analysis role throughout.
• Identify and understand stakeholders, initiating and facilitating meetings and discussions as needed.
• Collaborate with project managers, operations, business representatives, IT representatives, and clients to ensure thorough understanding of software requirements.
• Produce project requirements documentation such as written documents, process diagrams, report mock-ups, and wireframes using standard templates.
• Meet deadlines and manage work timelines effectively.
• Mentor team members.

Qualifications:

Education & Licensing: Bachelor's degree required, preferably in a computer science field.

Experience: Six (6) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Experience in multi-line claims management processes and system requirements strongly preferred.

Skills & Knowledge:

• Strong knowledge of third-party administration/claims management business and technology.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
• Analytical and interpretive skills.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Ability and willingness to take initiative and meet or exceed performance competencies.
