Job Details:

The primary goal of an IT Manager of Procurement and Sustainability Analytics is to lead a group of IT Analytics team members in delivering technology solutions that align to key organizational objectives. IT managers are responsible for leading a team in the completion of projects and support activities. This role will plan, coordinate, direct, and design project related team activities and provide administrative direction and support for daily operational activities of an IT group. This position interfaces with our Procurement and Sustainability IT teams to identify, recommend, develop, plan, implement, and support Analytics technology solutions.

Project Delivery: Allocate team members and 3rd party resources as applicable to prioritized efforts that align to organizational goals. Manage allocation conflicts with team members and customers. Establish, implement, and monitor policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operation. Measure activities to ensure team performance is meeting or exceeding stated KPIs from IT leadership.

Team Management: Provide Mentoring, Leadership, and Feedback to direct reports to raise awareness to strengths and opportunities. Communicate and clarify roles, responsibilities, and expectations for each member of the team. Ensure team members understand their career paths and partner with them to identify opportunities to grow and achieve career goals. Interview and fill open positions within the team with quality individuals and hold them accountable for their responsibilities. Manage planning and execution of budgets for operational area and projects. Administer annual performance reviews based on consistent candid feedback. Manage indirect resources assigned to project tasks including consulting resources. Design and provide input into the training plans for team members.

Application Ownership: Ensure effective management of all aspects of application ownership including planning, implementation, support, budgeting, and change management of business applications in related area. Develop and Execute any IT general controls and processes aligned to application ownership.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor s degree or equivalent in Business Administration Information Systems or other related area.

Experience: 6 plus years of experience or advanced degree with 4 plus years progressive experience in a supervisory role.

Computer Skills: Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Windows and Office tools Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project JIRA etc.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Negotiation and conflict resolution skills. Experience communicating technical information to non-technical team members. Effectively provide constructive feedback to team members

Special Skills: Proven leadership and project management experience required. Strong understanding of roles and responsibilities. Ability to drive Analytics initiatives in Procurement and Sustainability and provide influence through multiple levels of business & IT leadership. Must possess emotional intelligence and self-awareness. Extensive problem-solving skills.
