Responsibilities
- Assist with Service Desk ticket escalations IT Engineering department
- Perform research and documentation of issues
- Aid in the configuration and deployment of projects
- Support Engineering in the maintenance and troubleshooting of the environment
Required Skills:
- Self-directed, able to perform effectively in an autonomous, independent manner.
- Experience working user technical assistance.
- Individual should also have strong team orientation
Required Experience:
- High school degree or equivalent
- Experience with home computers, wireless devices, or any related experience
- Currently pursuing or currently hold a relevant certification (e.g. Network+, MCSE, CCNA), technical degree and/or postsecondary education
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Graduated from or currently enrolled in a 2 year technical program preferred
- Mobile device support experience is a plus
