The IT Infrastructure Manager is responsible for leading the technical team that designs, implements, and provides 3rd level support for network and compute infrastructure at Arhaus. The ideal candidate has excellent leadership, communication, and technical skills. In addition, this leader will be driving automation and standardization of the team’s services and playing a key role in disaster recovery and business continuity planning.

Responsibilities:

• Team management including hiring, coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
• All technical aspects of the design and implementation of Compute and Networking by working hand in glove with peer development organizations and with Architecture and Lifecycle Planning.
• Budget and vendor management
• Business process development

Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of technical experience in networking and server engineering, design, and operation in a mid-size to large enterprise.
• 5+ years of management/leadership experience
• Retail experience a plus, but not required.
• A proven track record of implementing new IT systems from concept to full deployment
• A deep belief that the critical function of IT is to support and secure the success of the business.
• Proven track record of building mutually beneficial relationships with business partners which serve as a two-way line of communication of shared requirements, goals, and challenges
• Experience with Windows O/S
• Cloud (Azure)
• Experience with design for security
• Experience with Networking architecture & design
• ITIL experience
• Leadership
• Project management
