Are you our next IT Business Analyst Sr?

Mosaic is in search of a Senior IT Business Analyst to support our North American Business Maintenance and Procurement teams. In this role, you'll identify opportunities for business capability advancement, support the creation of technology roadmaps, and contribute to various projects. You'll also collaborate with business stakeholders and IT Delivery teams test and deploy solutions.

What You Will Do:

• Lead the and/or participate in creation of IT business cases and proposals
  
• Document business case value and ROI (return on investment) realization plans; track and report results
  
• Map business objectives and capability needs to specific business functions and processes
  
• Conduct discovery and document business functions, processes, and enabling technologies
  
• Translate business capabilities and process designs into functional requirements and/or user stories and work with business stakeholders to review and secure sign-off/agreement on requirements/stories
  
• Provide expertise and input into solution testing scenarios and participate in User Acceptance Testing
  
• Support the alignment of strategic and tactical business objectives
  
• Identify opportunities for process advancement
  
• Lead assigned and/or participate in ideation activities to create high-level process and technology roadmaps
  

What You'll Need:

• Deep experience Information Technology/Business Analyst roles (typically gained after 5+ years in the field)
  
• Hands-on experience in the design, configuration /development, and delivery of business process solutions
  
• Experience defining solution strategies, building business cases, analyzing systems requirements, developing process maps, and designing, testing, prototyping, and implementing solutions
  
• Ability to present and discuss technical information in a way that establishes rapport, persuades others, and gains understanding
  
• Ability to adapt to a continually changing business and work environment and manage multiple priorities
  

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Computer Science or Engineering
  
• Knowledge of project management, process management, business analysis and/or the software development life cycle
  
• Experience in manufacturing and/or procurement
  
• Experience using Ariba, Fieldglass, Maximo, and/or OSI PI
