POSITION DESCRIPTION:

• The Docusign IT Business Systems Analyst will support the Docusign CoE for Global Application across business units, geographies, and core process areas. 
• This position will focus on the expansion of e-signature within company's or employee and customers/patient workflows as well as the validation of the solution for all use cases. 
• You will partner with colleagues and the vendor to drive the successful implementation of the solution at company's . 
• You would be the intermediary between the managed service support team and the users and stakeholders of the platform at company's . 
• You will work with quality and regulatory teams to ensure the solution is compliant with company's  standards and policies.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

•  Attend and contribute to challenging meetings & discussions with cross functional representatives interested in e-signature
•  Understand and document complex processes using current tools and techniques such as process maps or diagrams.
•  Collect, interpret, document and prioritize business and operational strategies and requirements.
•  Work collaboratively with end-users and business partners to assess the business customer requirements, match these requirements to objectives and guide them to the applicable processes and products including developing specifications and enhancements that will achieve the business goals.
•  Help to manage the expectations of the customer (i.e. balance their needs with wants and educate as appropriate).
•  Develop solutions to complex problems, which require the regular use of ingenuity and innovation. Ensure solutions are consistent with organization objectives.
•  Serve as primary point of contact for support team and work with them to ensure resolution of incidents and knowledge transfer of new processes/procedures.
•  Market and communicate program vision to project teams, key business stakeholders, and executive leadership. Ensure continued business sponsorship, engagement, and commitment.
•  Contribute to the translation of functional business requirements to technical solutions and articulate these solutions to high-level audiences.
•  Ensure proper validation documentation is created for all projects (i.e. company's  System Compliance Methodology (MSCM)).
•  Provide detailed functional knowledge and maintain insight to current industry best practices and how they can be applied to company's
•  Ensure that company's  systems and the information on them are protected in accordance with company s Information Protection Policies and Standards, as well as best Information Protection practices.
•  Other Duties as requested.

IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION, THE FOLLOWING BASIC QUALIFICATIONS MUST BE EVIDENT ON YOUR RESUME
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:

• 2+ years of IT experience with a Bachelors Degree
• Some IT Experience with a Masters Degree     

SPECIALIZED SKILLS OR EXPERIENCE: 

• Familiarity with Software as a Service [SAAS]
• General understanding of Electronic Signature

•  Medical Technology and/or Life Science industry experience, specifically company's Experience
