Irma's Kitchen at Craguns Resort is looking for ambitious, personable, and guest-service oriented Servers for our 2024 Season! Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service? This fine dining option may be the location for you! Here at Craguns we pride ourselves on innovative and delicious meals, excellent customer service, and having fun!
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional level of customer satisfaction.
- Know daily specials or seasonal offerings and convey information about these additional choices.
- Make suggestions to enhance our guests' experience, such as which wine pairs well with a given entrée.
- Take food and beverage orders from customers
- Enter orders into Point-of-Sale System
- Carry items to the table in the proper order,
- Removal of finished plates
- Make alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar patrons
- Know state and local laws of checking I.D.'s
- Refill drinks and collect payment when the meal is over.
- Monitor and ensure a clean workplace
- Take feedback from the customers and informing the manager of the restaurant if there are issues
- Perform other dues as needed
- Must be able to work flexible hours
- Must be able to multitask efficiently
- Must be enthusiastic about serving guests
- Must be a team player
- Must be 18 years of age
