Responsible: Develop and Manage the National Insurance Program including the management of the related Dealer Network and Insurance Companies. Manages the Regional CCRC Insurance Manager Team. Manages the overall CCRC Insurance Partnership Program Development of National and Regional Insurance Partnerships for Body Repair Procedures Management of multiple Insurance Companies and repair estimation processes Management of multiple Body Repair Technology Workshops Manage and drive Dealers and Customers CSI with high service quality Management of CCRC Layout and Lean Workflow Process Management of the National CCRC Leadership and Technology Conference Manages the overall CCRC Insurance Partnership Program development Management of multiple Body Repair Technology Workshops with up to 250 attendants on different hierarchy levels and interfaces Decide for proper scope of service and technical requirements for high value estimates Verify and Analyze certifications according NA Body Repair Standards Research for best practice shop layouts supporting production Research and develop potential use cases for CarData platform via OTP. Develop business relationships with external users of CarData platform based on use cases.
