Beacon Hill Legal's client, a national law firm, is seeking an experienced licensing attorney with a minimum of five years of intellectual property and technology licensing experience. This is a remote role that would ideally be a part time commitment (20-25 hours per week), with the opportunity for more hours as the work grows. Candidates will have prior experience handling transactional matters and be familiar with drafting and negotiation support for a wide range of commercial contracts (software licenses, SaaS agreements, consulting services agreements and non-disclosure agreements).
