Seeking an IP Patent Prosecution Docketing Specialist with 3+ years of foreign patent prosecution experience! Responsibilities include managing accurate databases, reviewing client mail for due dates, and preparing reports. This role will have a hybrid schedule, competitive benefits with a well-established global firm!

Responsibilities:

• Review and process client mail for patent-related due dates
• Update docket databases daily
• Prepare reports for attorneys
• Ensure timely follow-up on daily dockets

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of Foreign patent prosecution docketing
• Detail-oriented, able to work independently and collaboratively
• Additional experience with U.S. patent prosecution docketing is a plus
• Proficient in docketing software, Microsoft Office, and PAIR
