JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for monitoring inventory control activities at Logistics warehouse. In this role, you will manage assets with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1) Coordinate and manage material deliveries, inventory and storage; utilizing a Construction Management/Warehouse Management System (preferably BIM360)

2) Manage material flow from quarantine area to storage locations.

3) Strategically Create plans for warehouse and other storage areas, considering turnover, size, weight, and safety of items stored.

4) Advise employees on care and preservation of items received, stored, and shipped.

5) Communicate and coordinate any damaged freight claims on incoming material with Transportation Supervisor

6) Ability to be proactive, resourceful, highly motivated with excellent communication skills

7) Actively cycle count existing inventory and assist Warehouse Specialist with spot audits

8) Instrumental in yearly inventory efforts and data reconciliation

9) May be required to audit outgoing trucks and Bills of Lading

QUALIFICATIONS:

1) 5+ years related job experience

2) Working knowledge of Excel

3) Knowledge of MS Office & Windows operating system

4) Forklift certified
