Job Summary

As an integral part of the Operations & Sales Team, our local Omaha office is looking for a motivated, willing-to-learn, hard working person with a great attitude to join our team. The Inventory Control Coordinator position maintains all inventory to ensure our products are ready when needed. Assists with all inventory initiatives such as audits, new products, and inventory levels.

Working hours are 8-5 M-F. Some overtime available.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of inventory management including all receiving and shipping of product.
  • Maintain inventory implant kits daily.
  • Involved in all implant audits and cycle counts.
  • Manage/ replace expiring inventory monthly.

Expected Areas of Competence
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, and inventory systems used by Zimmer Biomet with training.
  • Ability to manipulate and analyze data to improve inventory mix.
  • Organizational and time management skills are essential.
  • Must maintain a high degree of professionalism during extreme time constraints.
  • Must possess excellent telephone etiquette.
  • Must be skilled in verbal and written communication techniques.
Education/Experience Requirements
  • HS Diploma, G.E.D. equivalent, or equivalent experience required. (Associate\'s or Bachelor\'s Degree Preferred.)
  • Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Information Systems, Engineering or other technical field preferred.
  • One to two years experience in a warehouse environment preferred.
  • Frequent lifting required. Must be able to be active all day and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • May require vendor credentialing.
