At VU, we help Veterans buy homes. We also work to introduce multicultural students to the mortgage industry through our Immersion Diversity internship program.

The Immersion Diversity internship is a paid, fast-paced program for results or process minded individuals. This spring internship has tracks available in VU departments, with the opportunity to continue into the summer. You'll also experience some of the perks of a full-time employee, such as personal and professional development, casual dress code, and company-wide social events.

As an Immersion intern, you have the potential to be placed in one of these areas:

• Business
  
• Operations/Sales
  

As an intern, you will be hands-on and gain experience applicable to your career goals. You'll be expected to take direction and incorporate feedback from your mentor and should proactively identify opportunities for you to support the team.

Job duties will vary upon assignment but may include:

• Providing general administrative assistance and support
  
• Learning and mastering assigned operations of your department
  
• Assisting team members with assorted tasks
