Position Summary

The purpose of this role is to plan, prioritize, communicate, and execute all in-field aspects of Rehrig Pacific•s Direct-to-Store Delivery (DSD) Supply Chain Technology Offerings, including but not limited to: The Vision Object Recognition (VOR) Ecosystem, Fusion Delivery Material Handling Technology Solutions, et. al. For each project and Customer site, the primary responsibility of the Integrated Solutions Project Manager will include site review & preparations, hardware installation, software implementation, ongoing change management, and Customer training & support.

The position will be an integral part of successfully transitioning Rehrig's Technology Product Offerings from New Product Development (NPD) to Integrated Solutions as Commercialized Products in the Rehrig Portfolio. Once commercialized, the Integrated Solutions Project Manager will collaboratively work with Sales and Rehrig's National Support Team to provide necessary implementation and support activities as required.

Collaborates
  • Work cross-functionally with Customers, Sales, New Product Development (NPD), and other Integrated Solutions Project Managers (i.e., Material Handling and Supply Chain) to provide seamless and comprehensive support for all Supply Chain Technology initiatives.
  • Work collaboratively with New Product Development (NPD) and Technical Support to transition new technology solutions to commercialization.
  • Work with Technical Support to maintain hardware and software uptime, facilitate feedback on software releases/enhancements, and contribute to content needed for customer self-service.
  • Work with Sales and Category on pre-meeting plans to outline agendas, objectives, and content for technical demos.
  • Working with NPD and Infrastructure, develop and execute a spare parts strategy for hardware and equipment leveraging our existing B2B eCommerce platform .

Customer Focus
  • Thoroughly understand the Supply Chain technology offerings, their specific applications, the customers• use cases, and the primary drivers of value.
  • On-site go-live and post go-live responsibilities.
    • Provide user training, demonstrate Rehrig•s Supply Chain Solutions and Technologies, and share best practices.
    • Facilitate Customer•s change management required for each Solution.
      • Customer training asset creation.
      • Feature and Product enhancement rollouts.
    • Support Project Implementation team with Post-Implementation Review.
      • Post integration and implementation Customer check-in visits, re-training, complex troubleshooting, etc.
      • Product and Technology in-field review.

Drives Results, Situational Adaptability, and Decision Quality
  • Create and manage implementation project plans to ensure the timely delivery of services and deliverables.
  • Apply best practices to develop roll-out strategies, execute implementations, manage sub-contractors conduct customer training, and increase product adoption of new accounts.
  • Continuously improve the necessary in-field documents and procedures for all projects.
  • NPD Process
    • Support the Integrated Solution•s team responsibilities within the NPD Workbook for new product launches.
    • Review current processes to identify gaps and put improvements in place.

Self-Development
  • Drive for continued learning for improved communication, presentation, and technical skills.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor•s Degree, or equivalent work experience, with a concentration in engineering or any other related technical field.
  • 5+ years• experience managing implementations, including installation, implementation, change management, onboarding, training, and new client relationships.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Strong technical aptitude of mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Ability to quickly adapt and learn all Rehrig•s new and existing products with ease and professionalism.
  • Knowledge of Machine Learning, RFID, GPS, Barcode, Mobile Applications, Web Applications, and Databases is preferred.
  • Position will require a minimum of 50% travel.
